Justification
Governor's Recommendations 2023-24
This issue increases the minimum wage for eligible state employees and employees filling a position funded through Other
Personal Services to $15.00 per hour. This increase was authorized in Section 8 of the Fiscal Year 2022-23 General
Appropriations Act (Chapter 2022-156, Laws of Florida).
